TicketsatWork has been helping companies reward and retain their employees with exclusive discounts and special offers for theme parks, attractions, Broadway shows, special events, hotels, concerts, and movie tickets since 2001.

The program was created when our country was facing uncertainties, layoffs and a volatile economic climate. Our idea was created before the day the world changed, and our message to deliver FUN was more important than ever before. TicketsatWork was conceived for companies to offer fun, excitement and value when nothing could have made a bigger difference, than turning a negative into a positive.

Founded in Florida, TicketsatWork was originally only a benefit for local companies and we were fortunate to forge early partnerships with Walt Disney World® and Universal Orlando®, which helped us earn a reputation for providing great discounts and excellent value with the largest brands in entertainment. Providing value and sought after entertainment options helped us develop close, personal relationships with our corporate clients that provided us with insight for what Human Resource and Benefits professionals wanted and needed allowing us to expand our portfolio of products and services nationwide. The rest is history.

Our partnership with Disney inspired how we looked at customer service and shaped our principals and operational procedures. Today we have 2 customer service call centers supporting our customers 365 days a year as well as a dedicated client service team passionate about providing the best support to all of our corporate clients.

TicketsatWork also powers Plum Benefits, making us the largest corporate benefits program featuring travel and entertainment to over 30,000 clients with a combined reach of over 50 million employees, we have formed exclusive partnerships with a select group of the most prominent entertainment brands and today, TicketsatWork operates the Exclusive and Official Employee Discount Program for Universal Orlando®, Cirque du Soleil® and SeaWorld® Parks and Entertainment nationwide.

We feel that our program makes a difference for each and every one of our corporate clients in their quest to become or remain an “Employer of Choice”.

As a market leader, the integrity of our program is based on offering special offers, products and services not available to the public. Our team works closely with all of our supplier partners to add additional value and special offers for our clients and their employees. We are constantly adding new products and new offers in cities and destinations around the world and we don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon.
