TICKETSATWORK: WIN UNIVERSAL ORLANDO MERCHANDISE SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. This TicketsatWork: Win Universal Orlando Merchandise Sweepstakes (this “Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, except employees of Entertainment Benefits Group, LLC d/b/a TicketsatWork (“TicketsatWork”) and Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliated entities, each of their respective employees, officers, directors and agents, and the immediate family members (parent, child, spouse, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members, whether or not related, of each of the foregoing (the “Eligible Participants”). This Sweepstakes shall be void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants: (a) agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of TicketsatWork, which are final and binding, (b) agree that Orange County, Florida courts have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes, and (c) agree that venue shall only be proper in Orange County, Florida.
2. HOW TO ENTER.

To participate in the Sweepstakes via the Entry method detailed below, you must have an account that is public with the applicable Social Media Platform.  If you do not have an account with the applicable Social Media Platform, you may go to http://www.instagram.com or http://www.twitter.com and create an account according to the instructions on the specific website. Creating an account on a Social Media Platform is free, however, data rates may apply so you should check with your provider. Please note that you must accept and agree to comply with the terms and conditions for the applicable Social Media Platform to create an account.

Beginning at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on Saturday, February 1, 2020, through 12:00 PM EST on Thursday, April 2, 2020 (the “Sweepstakes Period”), TicketsatWork will conduct this Sweepstakes. Eligible Participants may enter this Sweepstakes by following our Twitter and/or Instagram page (each a “Social Media Platform”), or by being an existing follower (Twitter: @ticketsatwork / Instagram: @ticketsatwork), each at the time of any drawing during the Sweepstakes Period (each an “Entry” or collectively the “Entries”). Entries which fail to meet any of the above requirements shall be voidable in TicketsatWork’s sole and absolute discretion. All entries received other than within the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified without exception, including any delay caused by malfunction of any email transmission or internet facilities or mail delivery delay causing late receipt by TicketsatWork. Each Entry must be submitted in the name of an individual person and a prize will be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning Entry.

IMPORTANT: For entry via a Social Media Platform, a service contract with a cellular telephone or wireless Internet or airtime provider may be required. Check with your service provider for availability and coverage. Wireless access point may be required. Cellular telephone service and/or wireless Internet services may require separately purchased contracts with a cellular telephone service provider or wireless Internet provider with coverage in your service area. Cellular telephone company and/or wireless Internet company determined fees may apply for all Social Media Platform usage. In this Sweepstakes you may be using data program time and you may be charged in accordance with your mobile services contract. DATA RATES MAY APPLY WHEN ENTERING BY USING THE ENTRY METHOD DESCRIBED ABOVE. Contact your cellular telephone or wireless Internet provider or refer to your service contract for complete details on these and any other applicable charges.

3. ENTRY LIMITATIONS. There shall be a limit of one Entry per individual. All Entries received from any individual in excess of this limitation shall be voidable at TicketsatWork’s sole and absolute discretion. No mechanical reproductions, mailed Entries, facsimiles, mass Entries, Entries generated by a script or macro, or Entries that subvert the entry process, will be accepted; and all such Entries will be deemed void. The Released Parties are not responsible for misdirected, inaccurate, incomplete, lost, late, stolen, delayed, undelivered, damaged or garbled Entries; and all such Entries will be deemed void. Released Parties are also not responsible for: lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, website, or other connections, availability, accessibility or miscommunications; or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or other technical failure; or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions; or technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, whether computer, network, technical, mechanical, electronic, printing, typographical, human or otherwise; including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the Eligible Participants’ ability to enter the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, the announcement of the Prize, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. TicketsatWork reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel this Sweepstakes should any computer virus, malfunction, fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of website(s) or other hardware or software dedicated to this Sweepstakes, and no extension or modification to the Sweepstakes Period will be provided in any such instance. In the event of cancellation, TicketsatWork reserves the right, but shall be under no obligation, to select the winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of such cancellation. False or deceptive Entries, Entries or acts which, or Eligible Participants who, violate the terms of these Official Rules, will render the participant ineligible. TicketsatWork reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by tampering with any Sweepstakes entry process mechanism, by acting in a disruptive manner, by cheating, by harassing other participants, or by violating these Official Rules. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any website or the Sweepstakes entry process, or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, may be in violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, TicketsatWork reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys’ fees and court costs) from any such participant to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.

4. DRAWINGS & NOTIFICATION. One winner (and, if verified, a “Winner”) will be chosen in a random drawing at the end of each bi-weekly period during the Sweepstakes Period, for a total of four Winners, from all eligible Entries received as of the date of the drawing during the Sweepstakes Period. One additional winner (and, if verified, also a “Winner”) will be chosen in a random drawing at the end of the Sweepstakes Period from all eligible Entries received as of the end of the Sweepstakes Period The decisions of TicketsatWork will be final and binding on all participants in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION. TicketsatWork will use reasonable efforts to notify the potential winner within one week of the date of drawing. The potential winner shall reply within 24 hours of date of TicketsatWork’s notification, confirming they can accept the Prize, or an alternate winner may be selected. TicketsatWork will not be obligated to make every attempt by every method to contact the potential winner. Noncompliance, refusal, or return of any Prize notification as undeliverable, by automated means or otherwise, will result in disqualification. Prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Upon confirmation of the Winner an official public announcement may be made. Anyone may obtain the name of the Winner by sending a self-addressed envelope with proper postage affixed with a postmark dated between the Sweepstakes Period, to Entertainment Benefits Group, LLC, 19495 Biscayne Blvd., Ste. 300, Aventura, FL 33180, Attn: TicketsatWork: Win Universal Orlando Merchandise Sweepstakes.

6. PRIZE. There will be four (4) prizes (each a “Prize”) awarded. Each Winner will receive one (1) Universal Orlando merchandise prize package, which has an approximate retail value (“ARV“) of $25.00. No substitutions, transfer of prizes or cash redemptions are permitted by Winner. Any attempt to transfer or refund the Prize, in whole or in part, for cash or otherwise, will deem the Prize void and forfeited. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Universal Orlando reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. The Winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes incurred by acceptance and use of the Prize (or any portion thereof), if applicable. The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by TicketsatWork. All other Prize details are at Universal Orlando’s discretion.

7. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS.

(a)           By entering this Sweepstakes, participants: (i) agree to abide and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of TicketsatWork which are final and binding in all matters, (ii) grant TicketsatWork and its designees permission, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, cities and states of residence, voices, pictures, biographical information and likenesses, without compensation, notification or permission, for the purpose of advertising, editorializing, and publicity in any and all manner or media, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity (except where prohibited by applicable law), and (iii) represent and warrant that they are not participating in the Sweepstakes in the capacity of a reporter, and further represent and warrant that they will not write, blog about, publish or cause to be published any article or book about their participation therein unless requested to do so by TicketsatWork. By entering, participants transfer all right, title and interest in or to the Entries, including any copyright or other intellectual property right therein to TicketsatWork. Participants hereby consent to receive notification of future promotions, advertisements or solicitations from TicketsatWork via email or direct mail, as permitted by law, and any retention or use of personally identifiable information obtained in an Entry shall be governed by TicketsatWork’s Privacy Policy which can be located at http://www.ticketsatwork.com.

(b)           In order to claim the Prize, Winner must meet all eligibility requirements, and must execute and return certain documents provided by TicketsatWork, or its Sponsors (as may be applicable), which may include an affidavit of eligibility, IRS Form W-9, tax acknowledgment form, liability release and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release. Winner may be required to produce proof of identity, address and birth date in a form acceptable by TicketsatWork. Such documents must be completed in full and returned within five business days of date of issuance either via email or US registered mail, as further requested and instructed by TicketsatWork. Failure to do so or if (i) any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or TicketsatWork is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, (ii) a potential winner declines his or her prize, or (iii) a potential winner is determined to be ineligible or non-compliant with these Official Rules for any reason, will result in disqualification of such potential winner and an alternate winner may, but need not, be selected from among all remaining eligible Entries, at TicketsatWork’s sole and absolute discretion. In the event an alternate winner cannot be determined the Prize will not be awarded.

(c)           Entertainment Benefits Group, LLC, and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, sponsors, affiliated entities, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), expressly disclaim any responsibility, and Eligible Participants agree to hold the Released Parties harmless from liability, for any injury, disability or loss to any person or property (including death) relating to or caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly by participating in this Sweepstakes, the acceptance, use or misuse of any of the prizes or services awarded, and claims based on copyright, trademark, publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. The Released Parties are also not responsible for any loss (financial or otherwise), injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from downloading or submission of any material to this Sweepstakes. The Released Parties further assume no liability for the cancellation or premature conclusion of the Sweepstakes for any reason or through the acts or defaults of any company or person providing any prize. All such losses or expenses must be borne by the affected participants. To the extent permitted by law, all judgments or awards to participants shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys’ fees) associated with participation in this Sweepstakes, and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential or multiple damages. ALL PARTICIPANTS HEREBY WAIVE all rights to trial by jury in any cause of action directly or indirectly involving the terms, covenants, or conditions of this Sweepstakes and the Official Rules therefor.

8. OFFICIAL RULES REQUEST. For a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the following address during the Sweepstakes Period: Entertainment Benefits Group, LLC, 19495 Biscayne Blvd., Ste. 300, Aventura, FL 33180, Attn: TicketsatWork: Win Universal Orlando Merchandise Sweepstakes. Requests received after the Sweepstakes Period will not be honored. Vermont residents may omit return postage on Official Rules requests.
9. DISCLAIMER. Twitter and Instagram are registered trademarks, which are herein used for purposes of Sweepstakes description only. Such use is not intended to suggest or imply the sponsorship, endorsement, or the approval of this Sweepstakes by the owner of said trademarks.
10. SPONSOR. Entertainment Benefits Group, LLC d/b/a TicketsatWork

11. PRIZE PROVIDER. Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort: Universal Orlando is a prize supplier only in this Sweepstakes; is not a sponsor of this Sweepstakes, and is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, the collection of the entries or the conduct of the draws. Any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or relating to any person’s use of or participation in any portion of the Prize provided by Universal Orlando shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, Florida. Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees.
