This Sunday, Broadway’s biggest night kicks off at Radio City Music Hall with the 72nd Annual Tony Awards. This season’s nominated shows include something for everyone, ranging widely from the family fun of musicals like Frozen: The Broadway Musical and SpongeBob SquarePants, The Broadway Musical to the serious meditation of Angels in America and The Iceman Cometh.

The renowned guests for this year’s ceremony start from the top of the show. Critically acclaimed musicians Sara Bareilles (the composer and former star of Waitress) and Josh Groban will host the evening’s festivities, promising to bring their charm and love of the stage to Radio City.

This year’s Tony nominees and celebrities in their own right who have confirmed their attendance include Tina Fey, Amy Schumer and John Leguizamo. Each is nominated for his or her work on the Great White Way this year: Fey for Mean Girls; Schumer for Meteor Shower; and Leguizamo for Latin History for Morons.

Additionally, several stars of television and film have revealed that they will appear, presenting some of the evening’s coveted honors: the legendary Robert De Niro, Kerry Washington, Claire Danes, Christine Baranski and Rachel Bloom.

Representing some of next season’s shows, The Boys in the Band’s Matt Bomer, Jim Parsons, Zachary Quinto and Andrew Rannells will take part in presenting this year. The men currently star in one of Broadway’s hottest tickets in the timely revival.

Other notable names of screen and stage slated to appear include Uzo Aduba, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Melissa Benoist, Erich Bergen, Rachel Brosnahan, Tituss Burgess, Jeff Daniels, Brandon Victor Dixon, Christopher Jackson, Patti LuPone, Tatiana Maslany, Katharine McPhee, Matthew Morrison, Leslie Odom, Jr., Kelli O’Hara, Bernadette Peters, Ming-Na Wen and Marissa Jaret Winokur.

Appearing in order to accept Lifetime Achievement awards for their contribution to the arts are Broadway legends Andrew Lloyd Webber and Chita Rivera.

So far, only Bruce Springsteen has been announced to perform at the Tony Awards, but audiences can predict performances from several — if not all — of those musicals nominated this season for Best Musical and Best Revival.
