It’s prime time to catch a glimpse of nature’s splendor at beautiful Shawnee Mountain during fall foliage time in the Poconos. Enjoy this action-packed autumn event including Timber Team Lumberjack Shows, K-9 Dog shows, chainsaw sculptures, scenic chairlift rides, wildlife shows, live music, children’s activities, and food and craft vendors galore. Foodies, delight! Over 30 food trucks, trailers and carts from Philadelphia, NYC, Northern NJ and the Pocono region will serve up their best dishes and compete for the Best Food Truck Award. Stop in the Hope and Trepp Lodges for the 6th Annual Art on the Mountain craft show and sale featuring over 50 of the region’s most talented artists, crafters, sculptors and photographers. Saturday and Sunday 11am to 5pm
Winter will be here soon enough. Then it’s off to Shawnee Mountain and its 23 slopes and trails, night skiing, ski school, and snow tubing.
