Summertime Fun: Visit the Legendary Luna Park & The Cyclone Rollercoaster

The Coney Island Cyclone Rollercoaster is celebrating 89 years of good times.

Historic Coney Island has a long history of seaside entertainment, and Luna Park, New York City’s largest amusement park, is a special part this legacy.

Luna Park is a unique opportunity to enjoy the surf and sand, food, free summer events and endless excitement that Coney Island, Brooklyn, has to offer.

Luna Park’s 2016 season kicked off in style in March with the debut of a newly refurbished version of the venerable Coney Island Cyclone Rollercoaster, celebrating 89 years of good times.

Luna Park also launched its new Platinum Wristband program, which allows visitors to experience some of Luna Park’s most thrilling rides at a discounted rate.

And now TicketsatWork.com members can save on this cool, new feature: We are currently featuring special savings on a 4-Hour Wristband for Luna Park.

Visit Luna Park and enjoy all the classic thrill rides with discount tickets

Beyond the classic Cyclone, Luna Park delivers entertainment galore, from awesome thrill rides (Thunderbolt, Coney Island Raceway, Sling Shot), fun games (Hot Shot, Frog Bog, Bazooka Blast, Many More!), and plenty of dining and shopping options for the whole family.

Visitors can also enjoy the Summer Series at Luna Park. Beginning this month through September 4, Luna Park hosts a series of concerts each weekend featuring Brooklyn and NYC based or born artists.

Upcoming shows include Delorean Sisters (July 30) and DJ Sasha Foo (Aug. 5).

Luna Park really shines in NYC because there is no other place in town where people of all ages can enjoy a day of thrilling amusement park rides, enticing boardwalk food, and fun-and-sun in the sand and water.

Luna Park will be open through the summer, closing on Sunday, October 30, 2016.

Visit today, or you’ll have to wait until next year when the amusement park opens once again for yet another summer of fun and good times.
